In June 2023 I started in a new role at Flight Centre as the UX design lead responsible for the global end to end customer experience for holidays and stays products across both retail and online channels.

Prior to this role at Flight Centre I had been focusing on the global online customer experience for holidays and stays products for the website and app.

I have worked across enterprise, agency and start up companies specialising in user experience & interface design over the past 10 years plus experience in branding, front end development and marketing. This has led to a deeper understanding and added perspective when working in cross-discipline teams as a customer experience designer.
